Head spa visits are the core of the menu. The signature ritual has six steps: a scalp massage with Rosemary Oil, a clarifying shampoo, an herbal hair bath, a hair mask applied with a jade comb under a steam tent, leave-in conditioning with a hair oil, and a low braid to finish. Signature Head Spa is a 50-minute visit at $120, Head Spa with a mini facial runs 75 minutes at $180, and Head Spa with a full facial runs 90 minutes at $220. Head spa add-ons, such as gua sha and arm, hand and shoulder massage, are available only with a head spa service.

The facial menu ranges from The Refresher, a 45-minute facial designed for returning clients, to the 60-minute customized Signature Facial with 10 minutes of facial massage. Lift + Sculpt is a massage-focused facial offered at 60 or 90 minutes. Qi Beauty is described as a non-invasive form of skin acupuncture that uses microcurrent points, offered in 60, 90 and 120-minute versions. Advanced options include dermaplaning, nano-needling and micro-needling facials.

The acne program runs a minimum of three months with biweekly treatments and home care, and pricing may vary with skin needs. A consultation at $175 covers a skin assessment, a customized plan and product recommendations, while a single acne treatment at $120 offers a hydrating acne facial or a corrective peel. Clients stop glycolic, salicylic and retinol products two weeks before the first treatment, and anyone who has taken Accutane must have finished at least 12 months earlier.

Wellness Club memberships are month-to-month, cancellable at any time, and include monthly treatment credits, retail discounts and priority booking. Couples and small groups can book shared head spa visits with coordinated rooms and timing, and group bookings are offered for birthdays, bachelorettes and other occasions. Booking is online through Vagaro or by contacting the studio directly. A credit card may be required to hold an appointment, and at least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or changes.

The business says it uses only products it would recommend to itself, describing them as organic and plant-based. It explains each treatment and designs a routine for each client, and it measures success by the lasting change a treatment makes in the client's skin and confidence.
