Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice carry a $50 fee or forfeit a promotional voucher, and rescheduling requires a $50 fee to rebook. A missed appointment without notice is charged half the service price at full rate. Treatments and series are not refunded; exchanges or spa credit of equal value are offered instead. Home-use products can be exchanged within 7 days if defective, with spa credit only. Gratuity is not included, and customary tipping is 15% to 25% at the client's discretion.
