A complete blonding session is the longest service on the menu, taking three and a half hours or more and using six bowls of lightener. Balayage is painted by hand, freehand, and foil highlights use a full head of foils with either highlights or lowlights for dimension. A smaller mini highlight option uses half a head of foils.

Color services include a base color that covers the first inch of growth or grey hair with blending, color melt that blends three tones together, root melt done by shadowing the root on wet hair, and gloss applied to wet hair to refresh tone. Ends refresh adds gloss to the lengths. Extension options include braidless sewn-in installs, tape-in application, bonded extensions on a weekly or one-time basis, extension coloring, toning and removal.

Consultations are available before color correction or extension work and cover hair history and planning. Treatments include Olaplex options, Malibu single-dose packets, a clarifying treatment before color, a reconstructive treatment and a thermal fuse smoothing treatment for frizz. Clients should know the booking policies: a non-refundable deposit applies and is credited only toward same-day services, cancellations inside 72 and 48 hours carry fees, and cancellations must be made by text and confirmed with the stylist. Corrections must be reported within 7 days of the service.

Color services that use gloss or color include OLAPLEX and a blow-dry, so protection is built into the color process.
