Every client starts with a free consultation, which is required before an exact quote is given. Most plans are completed in three treatments, usually two to three weeks apart. Each session runs two to four hours, and the first is typically the longest. There is no downtime, and many clients return to work the same or next day. Payment is due at the end of each session and is split evenly across the plan. A $250 booking deposit secures the treatment date.

Touch-ups are typically suggested around three to five years after treatment but are not mandatory, and a one-year guarantee covers pigment-lightening touch-ups at no cost. Cash, credit card, Venmo and Zelle are accepted, and CHERRY financing is available for SMP services and for students at Scalp Micro Nation Academy.
