Luxury Medical Spa has two locations: one on Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach and one on Jarvis in Newark, which the spa calls the Bella location. The spa describes its service as concierge-style care, with aesthetic treatments for the face and body organized by concern.
Some treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers and subcision, come with instructions to avoid Motrin, Ibuprofen, Advil and other NSAIDs before and after the visit. Fractional laser and microneedling come with sun protection guidance and a pause on exfoliation and chemical peels. Before and after IPL, microneedling and chemical peels, the spa also advises sun protection and a gentle moisturizer and facial wash.
The acne scar center builds treatment plans around scar type, skin characteristics and each patient's goals, which the spa describes as an advanced multimodal approach. Options include subcision, microfat grafting, deep microneedling, fractional laser and mesotherapy. Subcision releases fibrous tethers under depressed scars and is generally combined with other resurfacing treatments for moderate to severe scarring. Radio-frequency microneedling uses needles up to 3 millimeters deep with radio-frequency energy, followed by an exosome or platelet-rich plasma serum.
For fine lines and wrinkles, the spa offers Botox for glabellar lines between the brows, forehead lines and crow's feet, priced at $10 per unit with effects lasting about three to four months. Dermal fillers of hyaluronic acid are injected under the skin to soften deep wrinkles and restore volume, with pricing varying by filler type. Chemical peels range from light peels with minimal downtime to medium peels with one to two days of downtime.
Sun damage is addressed with IPL, a broad-spectrum light applied in a series of gentle pulses. It breaks up pigment so brown spots darken and flake off within three to seven days, and three to five treatments are generally needed. For advanced aging skin, the spa can arrange facelift or fat grafting through referral to board-certified plastic surgeons, guiding patients before and after surgery. Laser hair removal typically takes six to eight treatments, with maintenance sessions possibly needed.
The spa emphasizes compassion, honesty and open communication, with direct access to a physician for questions or concerns. It combines several treatments into one plan rather than offering each in isolation.
