Appointments are confirmed with a $20 deposit, and clients send a screenshot of the payment by phone. Styles that are not on the price list can be requested as customized services by contacting the salon directly. Owner Sona Jeng is also the lead stylist.
Consultations help clients choose a style that fits their daily life and the condition of their hair.
