Every new client has a personal consultation before any treatment. The team looks at skin condition, natural lashes, facial features and lifestyle, recommends only what fits a client's goals, and refers elsewhere or postpones when a service is not suitable. Spot removal and microneedling also have screening: new or changing spots should be checked by a medical professional before cosmetic treatment, and microneedling is postponed for active infection, open lesions, inflamed acne or recent unhealed procedures.

Facials usually run 45 to 75 minutes, with DMK and dermaplaning sometimes a little longer. Custom facials start with a skin analysis and include double cleansing, exfoliation, ultrasonic spatula cleansing and a mask, with dermaplaning available as an add-on. The Deep Pore Cleansing Facial adds manual extractions and a light peel, and the studio also offers body wraps using STYX slimming herbal formulas.

Booking is available online at any hour through the Book Now button, or by calling or texting (978) 378-2007. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. Free parking is available on site, and the studio is reachable from Route 128/I-95 and Route 114. First-time clients receive $20 off their first facial, and gift cards are available in any amount.

Plans start with a consultation and are shaped around each client's skin, natural lashes, features and lifestyle, with treatments recommended only when they suit the client's goals.
