Maria Francesco Salon & Spa is located in Unit 3 at 130 Sylvan Street in Danvers. It is run by co-owners Cinsia Rossi Ciolino and Josie Rossi Giordano and combines hair, beauty and spa services in one place.

About

The hair menu covers cuts, blow dries, foil highlights, perms, single process color and keratin treatments in express and full versions. Children's cuts for ages 10 and under are also offered. Nail services include classic and gel manicures, pedicures and pedicures with gel.

The facial menu is one of the larger parts of the salon. It ranges from HydraFacial treatments, including the Signature, Clarifying Deluxe, Age-Refinement, Radiance Deluxe and Platinum versions, to dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling and a teen facial. Other options include LED light, ear candling, enzyme and oxygenating treatments, and an add-on for hydro jelly. Intense pulsed light is offered for the face and for hair removal by area, with single sessions and packages of six.

Medical spa treatments are carried out with Dr. Lisa Lopez, who provides them and founded LL Aesthetics, overseeing the consultation and care. According to the salon, PRX Derm Perfexion has been done more than 4 million times across 52 countries. The salon also says the treatment involves no pain, no needles, no downtime and no surgery.

Bridal services include formal upstyles for the bride, mother of the bride, bridesmaids and flower girl, hair-only and makeup trials, and makeup application for brides and bridesmaids. Bridal pricing is set after a consultation, and off-site bridal services cost more. The salon also offers private spa events for birthdays, bridal and bachelorette parties, and kids' nail parties.

A HydraFacial booking requires a deposit of $50 or more, which goes toward the service when it is completed. The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or missed. Consultations are free and take about 30 minutes. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with Thursday evenings ending at 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Summer hours may change, so clients are asked to call (978) 531-2700.

Dr. Lisa Lopez, founder of LL Aesthetics, provides the medical spa treatments and oversees their consultations, and those services are available at the same location as the salon's hair and beauty offerings.
