The menu is organized into haircuts, trims and dusting (the site describes these as one service), styling, coloring, premium blonding, add-ons, new client service and routine pre-booking packages. The signature Saví Cut is a textured cut done on dry hair and includes a clarifying or moisturizing shampoo, a steaming conditioning treatment and a natural style. Other styling options include Natural Styling, which uses a shampoo and a natural style such as a twist out, rollers or a blow out without hot tools, and the Silk Press, a chemical-free straightening that lasts until the next shampoo. A Pixie Cut above the ears is also offered.
Color options include demi permanent and permanent color for roots or full head. Premium blonding covers color correction, face frame highlights, partial and full highlights, partial and full balayage, and full bleach and tone. Lifting services require an Olaplex treatment added at $45. Add-ons include Olaplex, a conditioning treatment, a scalp rejuvenation treatment, toner, Basebreak to blend an existing line of demarcation, CPR color removal and steam at no service charge.
New guests book a New Client Service at $300 with a $50 deposit that goes toward the cost. The appointment runs about two and a half hours and includes a signature haircut or silk press, the treatments needed, and one-on-one education on the guest's texture and suited products. First-time guests must complete this before any chemical service, and color is not performed on first-time guests. Hair should arrive dry, detangled and loose with minimal product, and no more than two days since its last wash.
The salon sends confirmation texts 48 hours, one day and one hour before an appointment, and appointments not confirmed by 8pm the day before are cancelled. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations or no-call, no-shows must be paid in full before rebooking. Guests bringing someone along must let the salon know ahead of time because the suite has limited space.
The salon says it puts the health of each client's hair first, and new guests get education on their texture and on products that suit their hair.
