Each client is seen in a private suite in a newly built facility, and each suite has more than one entrance option. Services are offered in Spanish as well as English. The salon describes itself as LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcomes anyone seeking hair replacement.

Savant uses its own proprietary hair system, with bonding agents and blending methods the business describes as high quality and advanced. Systems are made from 100% human hair, except gray hair, which is a mix of synthetic and yak hair. Strands are knotted or injected into the base one at a time, so systems can be worn during physical activity. Custom systems can be built to a specific density, base type, size and hairline shape. Poly skin systems last about 2 to 5 months on average and lace-base systems last about 4 to 8 months. Systems need reapplication roughly every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on activity, climate and skin type.

First-time clients are recommended to book a consultation so the team can assess hair color and texture. A hair system installation starts with a customized base fitting, a hair wash, installation, a haircut, blending and styling. Booking an installation requires a $300 security deposit. Cancellations need 24 hours notice; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable and an additional $300 is due to book again. Payment is accepted by credit and debit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
