Hours are Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with the salon closed Sunday through Wednesday. A consultation is offered at no charge, and clients can send questions through the contact form on the salon's website, addressed to Krista.

The menu leans toward color, from bright, unnatural Vivid Color and Halloween designs in green, orange and purple to low-maintenance dimensional color finished with a gloss. Haircuts are priced by length: a separate service covers long hair from the shoulders down, and another covers short cuts from the shoulders up, including barbered, bob and pixie styles.
