Every visit starts with a personalized consultation, which can be booked by phone or through the website. A new extension installation includes the new hair, applying the extensions, a haircut on the natural hair, a haircut on the new hair, and adjusting the color of the wefts. Standard 18 inch wefts work best on hair that reaches shoulder length or longer.

The studio says it aims to source extension hair with intact cuticles that does not shed or mat, and reports more than ten years of experience. Hand tied extensions are attached with wefts joined by a bead and thread technique, often called the invisible bead method. A first hand tied appointment typically takes three to five hours, depending on the services chosen. Extensions generally last around eight months to a year, depending on lifestyle and home care, and hand tied sets need maintenance every six to eight weeks.

Hair toppers are non-surgical pieces for thinning hair or partial hair loss, including wiglets and hair enhancers. Toppers are made with microlines, an open air mesh base from Hair Dreams, and need monthly maintenance. Refresh appointments move extensions up one, two or three rows and take up to two hours when no color is included. Color booked alongside a new installation is discounted 30 percent from the usual color prices. The studio recommends a mineral sunscreen without avobenzone, since common sunscreens can discolor extensions.

Every service begins with a personalized consultation, and extensions and toppers are planned around ongoing maintenance.
