Appointments are recommended, though walk-ins are also accepted. Clients can book and reschedule online through a user dashboard and receive confirmations by text or email. A $25 deposit is required to book. It is credited toward the service afterward, but it is non-refundable because it holds the technician's time; changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full. Cash, debit cards and credit cards are accepted, with a 4% fee on card payments. Children must be supervised at all times, and pets are not allowed, though trained service animals are welcome.

The menu covers manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gel polish, dipping powder, a kids' mani-pedi menu, waxing and eyelash services. Pedicures range from a roughly 25-minute Express Pedi to 40-minute Sassy and Organic pedicures, with Classic and Signature options in between. Acrylic work includes full sets and fills in regular, gel and powder colors, plus French tip and pink and white designs. Prices are starting amounts, extra charges apply for gel polish and add-ons such as callus removal, and the salon offers a free quote by phone.

The salon says a five-star experience is its top priority and that it values quality over speed, allotting each client a set amount of time. Clients who are unhappy with a service can raise it with the front desk, the technician, by phone or through a form, and the salon says it resolves complaints within 24 hours. Manicures and pedicures are guaranteed to satisfy, and full-set enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for three business days, excluding breakage.

Sassy Nails Reward is a points program in which every dollar spent earns 10 points toward a free service. Points expire after 24 months and are non-transferable, and the program can be cancelled without notice. Separately, clients receive $10 off their tenth service after nine visits. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or any other amount, and eGift cards are emailed to the recipient, typically within minutes. Gift card balances can be topped up and tracked online, and cards can be redeemed only at a Sassy Nails location.
