Brow work is one of the studio's main focuses. Brow lamination is a perm for the brow hairs that leaves them looking fuller and easier to keep in place for up to six to eight weeks, and it starts at $80 for about 35 minutes. It can be booked alone or with tint, wax or hybrid stain. The Deluxe Brow at $62 covers mapping, waxing, trimming, staining, a hydrating jelly mask and cold roller therapy over about 1 hour 15 minutes. A hybrid brow stain alone runs $28, lasting up to 10 days on skin and up to 4 weeks on hair, and a jelly mask can be added to any brow service for $15.
Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume lash fills at $70 for a two-week fill, or $80 for a three-week fill; after three weeks the lashes are treated as a full set. Full sets such as The Classic Set and The Hyper Real Lash Set start from $60 and come in black or brown. Angel lashes and classic full sets are each $165. Extension removal is $25 for 30 minutes.
Waxing and facials are also offered. Facial waxing starts at $10, with full face at $65, and combination waxing starts at $30 and takes about 55 minutes. Brow waxing is $25 for existing clients and $30 for new ones. Facials are part of the menu, but the site lists no price for them. Clients are asked to avoid waxing, chemical treatments and AHA or BHA products for at least 72 hours before a facial, and to schedule facials two weeks after Botox or filler. Topical retinoids and similar acne medications should be stopped 7 to 10 days before facial waxing, and clients who have taken Accutane need to be off it for six months before any waxing. Waxing is available during pregnancy, though sensitivity may increase. Hair should be about 1/4 inch long, which usually takes about two weeks after the last visit.
Booking policies are set out clearly. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead. Cancelling or missing an appointment without 24 hours notice means 65% of the service cost is due in full before the next booking, and a 5-minute grace period applies before an appointment counts as a no-show. Clients receive automated reminders by email and text. Children may join waxing appointments but not longer visits such as lash extensions. Payment is accepted by cash or card.
