Naturalives Day Spa was built on the idea that the body can heal itself when paired with the right mindset, good nutrition and natural treatments. Kass took over ownership in December 2022, after working at the spa earlier under the previous owner as an esthetician and later as manager.

The spa has a lobby with seating, reading material, light snacks, water and a restroom, plus six treatment rooms. It has no saunas, locker rooms or showers, so body scrubs are removed with hot towels. Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Same-day requests are made by call or text and are not always available, and online booking needs at least 24 hours' notice. Packages and gift card bookings go through phone, text or email. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment rescheduled or cancelled, and the deposit is forfeited. First-time clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for intake.

The massage menu includes 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions in Swedish, combo, deep tissue, integrative and prenatal styles, plus hot and cold jade stone work and Reiki. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, and lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, anime, color and volume styles. Prices are tiered for visitors, Morongo Basin locals and military clients, and the spa does not offer mobile services.

The spa centers on the belief that the body can self-heal with a positive attitude, sound nutrition and natural treatments.
