Lash extensions come in five styles. Classic sets attach one extension to each natural lash, while volume sets attach several thin, lightweight extensions to each natural lash. Hybrid sets blend the two for a textured, semi-natural look, and wispy sets mix volume fans with classic extensions in varied lengths, thicknesses and curls. Mega volume and natural volume options are also offered, with refills booked at intervals from one week to four or more weeks.

Brows are a major part of the menu. Ombre eyebrows are a semi-permanent shading technique that moves from a concentrated tail to a lighter front, and the shape and color can be adjusted to the client. Appointments usually run two to three hours, including consultation and mapping, and a topical numbing cream is often applied. Results typically last one to three years depending on skin type and lifestyle, with a touch-up often suggested four to six weeks later. Microblading is a manual method that uses a thin blade to draw semi-permanent brow strokes. Existing brow hairs are not plucked or shaved, only those outside the planned shape are removed, and shape and color are matched to the client's natural hair. Pigment is expected to last three to five years in theory, and the salon does not recommend microblading for oily skin.

The studio also offers five facial services: Acne Facial, Anti-Aging Facial, LED Treatment Facial, Microdermabrasion Facial and Ultrasonic Facial. Permanent makeup options include powder brows, signature brows, eyeliner, lip liner, full lips and color correction.

Training is available in person and online. Classic lash extension training runs seven to eight hours, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and students bring their own model while a mannequin is also provided. Volume and wispy training includes a kit with tweezers, trays of volume lashes, primer, glue and a training manual. Students who meet the certification objectives receive an official Eyelash Extension Training Certificate.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment only. The salon prefers booking by text message, and cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free of charge.

Each extension is placed at a set distance from the skin and kept from touching neighboring lashes. The salon warns that discounted deals using cluster lashes or thick pre-made fans can damage natural lashes.
