The custom facials begin with a skin analysis. The esthetician then selects treatments from a long list that includes enzymes, peels, hydrodermabrasion, microdermabrasion, cryotherapy, oxygen infusion, LED light, high frequency, dermaplaning, botox mask, microchanneling, and jelly mask. The 60-minute custom facial is priced at $220, and a 90-minute version is also offered and suggested for new clients or anyone working toward longer-term goals.

The named facials each follow a set format. STAPLE is a one-hour treatment at $120 with custom enzymes, facial massage, extractions, and tailored serums and masks, with dermaplaning, LED, or high frequency available as add-ons. RECHARGE is a one-hour, $175 facial that combines dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion passes, a gua sha balancing massage, a hydrating mask, and a topical Vitamin A for use at home. HYDRATE, LIFT, EXPRESS, and CLEARING round out the range, along with a Pumpkin Peel Facial with Vitamin A and an Autumn Glow Facial, both 50 minutes.

Peels are booked by phone. Lactic and glycolic peels are typically done as a series of six and cause mild flaking for three to four days. Microneedling is usually a course of three to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart.

Cancellations or reschedules need to be made at least two days before the appointment, or half the appointment price is charged. Clients can reschedule twice without seeing the owner. Gift cards are sold, with a balance check available, and skin care products are sold on the website and through an Amazon storefront.

Each facial is customized to the client's skin after a skin analysis.
