According to the studio, its facial and skincare method is outcome-focused and direct, and it says it has treated more than 1,000 clients and keeps over 100 treatment options on offer.

Visits range from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 75-minute Bridal Facial, with options in between such as the SASS facial, which covers a cleanse, exfoliation and extractions. Facials use premium skincare that the studio describes as natural and organic, and HydraFacial sessions use single-use tips and serums. Clinical treatments use professional-strength products, and chemical peels are done with the Anna Lotan PRO Penta Peel.

Waxing covers face and body, including men's waxing, using hard and strip wax. The studio uses a hypoallergenic hard wax suited to sensitive, dry and normal skin, and says waxing results typically last three to six weeks. Single-use materials and sterilized equipment are used for every waxing client.

The studio is open Monday to Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sundays. Extended hours can be arranged by appointment. Services can be booked online, and consultations are booked through the skin care clinic page or by phone. Complimentary parking for up to three hours is available in the garage at 111 S Pineapple Ave, in the same building.

Treatments are chosen after a short skin assessment and a conversation about the client's concerns, then adjusted to the skin's needs on the day rather than taken from a fixed menu.
