The studio launched in August 2020 and is built around eyelash extensions, with lash maintenance and classes offered alongside. It serves clients across the Metro-Atlanta area, but does not travel for appointments.

Extension options include strips, individual lashes, and natural, volume and freestyle clusters. A volume extension application is booked as a three-hour appointment, and extensions usually take around three hours. Lash baths, touch-ups and fill-ins help maintain existing sets, and lash removal is available for clients who want their extensions taken off.

Classes include a group lash class, a one-on-one lash class, and a lash refresher course that starts at $350. The studio also sells regular and mink lash strips, plus a mink lash book of six, and describes its lash products as top-quality.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit. Services over $30 have the remaining balance paid on completion, while services of $30 or less are paid in full at booking. Accepted payments are cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo. Purchases of services and products are final, with no refunds or exchanges.

Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $15 fee applies, and appointments are cancelled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. Rescheduling 24 hours ahead has no fee, while same-day rescheduling costs $30. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the booked service, with the deposit applied. Clients who no-call or no-show are no longer eligible to book. Guests are welcome only if they also have an appointment, and the studio does not work over extensions applied by other technicians.

Expectations are set around how each style is applied and how long it holds: extensions usually take around three hours, cluster lashes last seven or more days, individual lashes about two weeks, and strips three to seven days.
