The work is done dry. Technicians use an electric file rather than water and clippers, do not soak nails, and do not use clippers on the cuticle. Single-use items are used once, and sealed tool pouches are opened in front of the client. The studio uses hard gel rather than acrylic and does not offer dip powder.

A visit starts with the table already set, and water, coffee or tea is offered. Russian and English are spoken. Gel from another salon can be brought in as it is and removed at the start of the service. A manicure and a pedicure can be done at the same time by two technicians. Technicians stop and adjust if a client reports persistent heat, pinching or sharp discomfort.

Most bookings take a deposit, which is taken off the price on the day. Prices vary by technician, and the booking page shows each technician's price before the booking is confirmed. The studio does not promise a fixed number of wear days and suggests a maintenance schedule once it has seen a client's natural nails. Its own appointment book shows clients returning about three and a half weeks later. If running late, clients are asked to call so the studio can say how much of the appointment time is still available that day.

The studio is not a school and does not provide the training hours required for a Florida Nail Specialist license. Job applicants are asked to hold that license or list one as in progress.

Work is done dry with an electric file, with no soaking and no clippers on the cuticle. Single-use items and sealed tools are handled in front of the client.

Tables are set before each client sits down, and water, coffee or tea is offered.
