The space is designed to feel calm and unhurried. Clients are offered complimentary beverages and snacks during their visit, and soft robes are provided for comfort. Children are not permitted, so clients are asked to arrange childcare.

Hand-tied extensions are made from 100% natural human cuticle-intact Remy hair, color matched to each client. The salon describes them as lightweight, easy to care for and low-damage. Pricing is by row: one row runs $275 to $375, two rows $375 to $500 and three rows $475 to $650. Extension maintenance starts at $200, and extension color maintenance ranges from $100 to $450.

Color work starts with base color at $95 to $150 and dimensional color at $250 or more, and balayage and highlighting are offered. Haircut and color prices vary by stylist. Extensions with Sarah Pelco start at $500, while color and extension services with other stylists start at $800, according to the services page. Blowdrys and styling start at $50, treatments start at $50, and keratin treatments start at $350. Blowouts and wedding hair services are priced on inquiry.

Services are non-refundable, but a complimentary redo is offered within 10 days if the result is not as expected. Changing the desired look is not a redo and carries an additional charge. Extensions that sit too high, too low or too close to the hairline can be redirected if the salon is contacted within 3 days of the appointment. Removing and replacing extensions within 7 days of installation costs $100, not including wash and style, and extension fixes are complimentary.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Appointments should be canceled 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee of 50% of the booked service, and extension appointments need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the booked service, or 50% of the deposit for new clients.
