The salon's stated mission is that no client is overlooked, left out or made to feel they do not belong. Its team includes the owner and creative director, a senior stylist and an associate stylist who is training at the salon.

Extensions are a central part of the work. Invisible Bead Extensions are hand-tied wefts stitched onto a foundation row of silicone-lined beads, with no glue, tape or heat at the root according to the salon. Keratin tip extensions, also called Pearl Bonding, are individual strands bonded one at a time to the client's own hair with a small bead of food-grade keratin. Keratin installs typically take four to six hours and can be split across two appointments. Every new install begins with a free consultation, and color is matched in the salon.

Color services cover balayage, blonding, lowlights, all-over color, root touch-ups, mini foils and gloss. Pricing is based on the stylist: labor for extensions and color starts lower with the associate stylist and rises with the senior stylist and the owner. Extension hair is quoted separately from install labor at the consultation. New clients receive 10% off their second visit, and a rewards program gives one point for every two dollars spent on services and retail.
