Extension methods are chosen for each client rather than applied as one standard install. Weft extensions are typically moved up every six to eight weeks, while K-tips are not moved up and are removed after several months, with new bonds placed if the client continues. Maintenance timing follows the exact methods used in each installation.

Custom hair toppers are made for each client and fitted with low-density human hair, using gentle clips or a flexible halo line with no glue. Toppers can be parted anywhere and the part can be changed. In-studio fittings are done in Carmel, and out-of-town clients can order a topper virtually, with it shipped to them. Appointments are one-on-one with no assistants, and new client inquiries receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. A new client form is required before booking.

Hair health comes first, and the method or blend is picked for each client's hair type, lifestyle and goals rather than one standard installation.
