The menu covers haircuts for women, men and children, blow-dry styles, updos, permanent waves, keratin smoothing and chemical straightening or retexturizing, plus color work that ranges from color glazes and express highlights to full and partial highlights, dimensional color and balayage. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel and dip work and GelX. Skin care includes an express facial, a dermaplaning option, a signature glow facial and a combined dermaplaning and facial, and waxing covers brows, lip and chin. Lash lifts and tints and makeup services are also offered.

Weddings are a core part of the business. Hair and makeup can be provided at the venue itself, and the salon charges $1.00 per mile for travel to and from that location. Brides can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation by phone or via Calendly. The salon suggests holding a trial run ahead of the big day and reserving three to six months in advance, particularly for the May-to-October stretch. For a bride, hair and makeup together usually take about 60 to 90 minutes, and each bridal party member adds roughly 45 to 60 minutes. Group bookings are accepted. According to the salon, its bridal artists hold licenses.

Appointments are recommended and can be booked online or by calling the salon. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Some services require a deposit from new clients, and some require one from all clients; for example, a deposit is required for Color Retouch with Haircut and for Clarifying Treatment. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be sent right away or on a chosen date, and can include a message. Gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Services are priced individually and in bridal and bridesmaid packages.

Appointments are recommended, with walk-ins taken as availability allows. Bridal clients are encouraged to schedule a trial before the wedding day.
