Visits begin with a consultation where the studio talks through ideas, looks at previous work and explains the process. Lash and brow designs are shaped around each client's features and the look they want. Lash extensions are offered in classic, volume and hybrid styles, and fills are typically done every two to three weeks, so pre-booking is recommended.

Booking requires a credit card on file and a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged the full scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. After a no-show, a $50 non-refundable deposit applies to future appointments, and repeated no-shows forfeit future bookings.

The studio also sells Nutrafol and Grande Lash Cosmetics products. Lash extensions may not suit people with very few natural lashes, severe allergies or unhealthy lashes, and clients are asked to follow aftercare, since poor care can affect lashes and brows.

Each design is tailored to the client's features and wanted look, and the studio describes its lash services as safe, high quality and non-damaging.
