Services cover four groups: haircuts, color, silk presses, and scalp care and treatments. Color ranges from accent pieces and all-over color to custom dimensional color and balayage, with blonding options for first transformations and for maintaining an existing look. Prices for color are starting points, and the final price is set at consultation based on hair length, density and what the service needs. Waxing is also offered for eyebrows, upper lip, chin, cheeks and underarms.

Scalp care is a substantial part of the menu, from a short scalp refresh and a massage add-on up to a detox that removes buildup, paired with a haircut and style. Add-ons include Amika's smoothing treatment, K18 and a metal detox. Silk presses can be paired with a haircut based on consultation.

Booking is by appointment, and new clients may need to complete a form before certain services. A non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the total. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice carry a fee of half the scheduled services, while those with less than two hours' notice and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients are asked to share their complete hair history, including past color, box dye, henna and chemical services. The studio lists its hours as Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm.

Services are built on a healthy hair foundation and long-term goals, and every new color guest or client receiving a chemical service has a consultation first.
