Every service includes a consultation, an aromatherapy neck and shoulder massage, a double-cleansing shampoo, hot towels, a scalp massage and a blow dry. It includes a scalp evaluation, dry brushing, clarifying shampoo, scalp masks, micro-misting, deep conditioning, massage and styling. Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Free parking is in the lot, and wifi and complimentary beverages are offered. The studio is not wheelchair accessible, according to the booking site.

New color clients complete a virtual consultation form before booking, though in-person consultations at the studio are also available. Color requests go through a New Client Color Form, which the salon reviews within 48 hours before sending a booking link. Color is done with Color Space, which is vegan and cruelty-free and has ammonia-free and low-ammonia options.

A card must be kept on file for every client. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Clients may arrive up to 15 minutes after the start time; a later arrival counts as a no-show. Anyone who is unwell should cancel as early as possible, since arriving sick cancels the appointment and a no-show fee applies. Refunds are not given on services, but concerns can be raised within seven days and the salon will reassess the style or color, with minor adjustments made in the first week. Payment is accepted by Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, AfterPay for qualifying orders, Venmo, Zelle and cash.

The salon combines continuing education with premium products built on natural ingredients. Only lines whose makers focus on cleanly formulated, responsibly sourced and ethically produced ingredients are carried.
