Every visit starts with a focus on the individual client's skin. Treatments are customized, and after each one the client receives a tailored skincare plan to take home. Facials can be built up with add-ons such as LED therapy, eye and neck treatments, or an exfoliating hand or foot treatment.

The facial menu runs from a sensitive skin facial and a back facial to more active options. The acne facial combines extractions, enzyme exfoliation and LED therapy. The chemical peel facial uses PCA Skin products, with the peel selected after a consultation. The LED glow and renew facial is a longer service that adds dermaplaning, 30 minutes of LED therapy and an arm and hand massage. A menopause support facial is designed for skin during perimenopause or menopause and includes gua sha and green LED therapy.

For clients who want a longer visit, the spa offers a relaxation spa package and a lymphatic refresh spa package. Both are relaxation and wellness services rather than medical lymphatic drainage. A skin and product consultation is also available for 20 minutes, and its fee is credited toward product purchases of $100 or more.

Each treatment is adjusted to the client's skin, and a tailored skincare plan is provided after every visit.
