The menu is organized around facials. The 60-minute Essential facial is priced at $80 and can be tailored to any skin concern; the salon describes it as its most popular facial. Essential facials are soap free and pH-balanced, with a double cleanse, exfoliation, serums, extractions, a masque, a shoulder massage, moisturizer and SPF. Choices within this line are anti-aging, adult acne with blackhead extractions, organic, pregnancy, relaxation and sensitive skin. The organic version uses plant and flower ingredients and is free of gluten, sulfates and parabens. The pregnancy version uses ingredients described as all natural, and clients are asked to check with their OB/GYN, physician or dermatologist before booking.

Chemical peels are offered as a single peel or a series of three, and microchanneling is available for the face and neck, usually over more than one session. Clear, a treatment for skin irregularities at the epidermal layer, requires a doctor's evaluation and a consultation with Leslie before booking. Reiki and a facial-and-Reiki combination are also offered, with Reiki appointments on Sundays only.

New customers can book a 75-minute facial for $79, which includes a 15-minute skin analysis and a 60-minute facial, and receive a handwritten Skin Fitness Plan with product and treatment recommendations. The Skin Care Goals consultation, listed at $30 and 30 minutes long, is open to new and existing clients and covers goals, concerns, a timeline, and suggested at-home products and in-studio treatments. Oncology facials begin with a 30-minute in-person clinical consultation, which is not required for clients who have been in remission for six months or more.

Policies: cancellations or reschedules made less than 4 hours ahead are charged 50% of the service price, and rebooking after a cancellation requires a 50% deposit. No-shows are charged the full price, and advance payment is needed before the next booking. Clients have a 7-minute grace period, and later arrivals have their treatment shortened and are charged the full price. Only Santia Day Spa gift certificates are accepted, and they must be brought to the appointment. Client history forms are emailed the week of the appointment and must be printed and brought in.

Consultations come first for advanced treatments and peels, and estheticians are trained to notice concerns that may need medical attention. They do not diagnose, prescribe or give medical treatment.
