The spa's stated mission is to offer facials and massages made with trusted products and to teach clients about skin care and upkeep. It says it curates only toxin-free products and describes caring for skin as a necessity rather than a luxury, aiming for high-quality treatments. It also says its services are tailored to each client's needs.

That facial can be booked the same day. Robes are provided for facial and body treatments, which take place in a private room, and the spa says it aims for a relaxing atmosphere. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 15 minutes early and check in at the front desk.

The Classic European Facial is the treatment the spa calls its most popular. It is a 50-minute facial with deep cleansing, steam, extractions, toner, customized serums and a neck and shoulder massage. Other facials include a 25-minute Express Facial, a Teen Facial, an Acne Fighting Facial, a Man Facial with beard conditioning, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Oxygen-Infusion, Lymphatic and Nano Infusion facials, and the Fejjab Signature Facial, an 80-minute customized treatment. The facial list runs to more than 40 options. Peels include BioRePeel and BioRevision, a two-part package, and microneedling and Stem Cell Therapy are also offered. Stem Cell Therapy uses microchanneling, and the spa offers a four-session package at 10 percent off.

Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, aromatherapy, pregnancy, post-op lymphatic, detox lymphatic, and therapeutic massage, along with CBD-based and hot stone sessions. Body treatments include ultrasound cavitation, thermogenesis body sculpting, wood therapy, Get Snatched, a full body scrub massage and a body wrap. Waxing covers the face, arms, underarms, legs, bikini and back. Microblading starts with a free consultation and eyebrow analysis, and a $150 non-refundable deposit is required for the service.

Memberships are $99 per month plus a one-time $30 initiation fee, with no contract. Members receive one facial or massage each month from a set list, special member pricing of up to 20 percent off, and the option to upgrade to premium treatments. Unused treatments roll over for as long as the membership stays active.

Clients who arrive late are charged the full session and receive a shorter one. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian book the appointment. Tips are optional, with 15 to 20 percent as the standard, and prices do not include gratuity. Pets and children under 12 are not allowed unless another adult supervises them, and the premises are recorded by camera and audio.
