Hair stylists work independently at the salon, so hair service prices vary by stylist. The hair menu includes cuts with blow-dries, all over color, retouch color, balayage, full and partial highlights, classic blowouts and hydrating treatments. Lash and brow services include lash tints, lash lifts, brow tints, brow laminations and combined brow and lash packages, with some options paired with tint.

The skin menu ranges from a short express facial and a customized Cielo Facial suited to first-time clients and sensitive skin, to longer treatments such as the O2 Lift Oxygen Treatment and the No-Tox Firming Facial. Body and intimate-area services include spray tans, waxing, sugaring and a range of threading options, including full face threading and brow design.

Waxing requires hair at least a quarter inch long, and sugaring requires hair at least an eighth inch long. Clients are asked not to shave for two weeks beforehand and to exfoliate lightly before service. PFB is suggested for 24 hours afterward to help prevent ingrown hairs. Lash lift and brow lamination clients should keep lashes and brows dry for 24 hours and avoid waterproof mascara.

The salon has a membership program, with monthly options for brow threading, brow waxing, and Brazilian waxing or sugaring, and gift cards are available for purchase.
