Full custom color covers the whole head using foils, balayage or tip-outs. Partial custom color covers the hairline, crown and part line. Accent custom color is a smaller, targeted option such as face-framing pieces or a few foils along the part. Color correction is priced from $90 and needs at least an hour. Gloss and tone is a customized demi-permanent or clear gloss that neutralizes brassiness, refreshes faded ends and adds shine, and it includes a shampoo, a conditioning treatment and a professional blowout.

Hair services include haircuts, a kids cut for children 10 and under, and a blowout. Treatments include a deep conditioning treatment and a peppermint scalp refresh, which uses clarifying peppermint, a scalp massage and a standard blowout. The Beat the Blues Refresh Package is priced at $125 and combines a customizable color gloss, a choice of the peppermint scalp treatment or the deep conditioning treatment, and a professional blowout and style. The site says this saves $40 compared with booking the services separately. Clients book package services as usual, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.

Policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged the full scheduled service fee. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or rescheduled, and late cancellation fees may apply.
