The studio covers a broad menu, from men's and women's haircuts and root or all-over color to balayage, ombre, custom color and color corrections, along with extensions, perms, blowouts and updos.

Color services are the largest part of the menu. Highlights and lowlights are offered in partial and full-head versions, and lived-in color, balayage and foilayage, and money piece work are available as separate options. Color corrections are charged at $100 per hour, and a consultation is offered before booking. Extension services include tape-in fusion (K tip), sew-in weft and I-tip, and extension prices vary, so a consultation is needed to match color. Clients pay for their hair upfront.

Treatments include a condition treatment, the K-18 repair treatment and a formaldehyde-free express keratin treatment that typically lasts four to six weeks. Brow, lip and chin waxing are also offered. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Carrie tailors haircuts and color to each client, and consultations are used to plan color and extension work before the appointment.
