The facial menu ranges from a teen facial and a basic facial to a new client facial and a dermaplane facial, and microneedling is available as a single session or as a three-session package. Massage options are Swedish and deep tissue. Waxing covers brows, bikini and Brazilian areas. The spa says its treatments use products that are hand-crafted to individual needs.

Men are a regular part of the clientele, with many coming in for both salon and spa services. Men's cuts and men's hair color are offered alongside women's cuts and the full range of color work. Hair pricing starts at a set base and may rise with hair length and density, and corrective color is priced after a consultation and usually takes several visits.

The salon is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and is closed on Sunday. Appointments can be booked online through the Book Now link. Online bookings are reviewed by the salon coordinator team, require a credit card on file, and are confirmed by text or email. Walk-ins are accepted, but the team may be busy, so calling ahead is recommended.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice by phone or email. Clients who no-show may be asked for a deposit before future appointments. Questions about a service should be raised within 7 days, and hair services are not refunded in cash; the stylist may make an adjustment instead. Children must have an appointment and be supervised by an adult. The salon accepts cash and credit cards, with a 1.5% fee on card payments, and does not accept checks. Gift cards can be bought online or in person but cannot be exchanged for cash or returned.
