Electrolysis is the core service. Each hair is treated individually with a single-use sterile probe inserted into the follicle, using a small electric current. The method has been in use since 1875.

New clients start with a free consultation before their first treatment. It covers the procedure itself, how the hair growth cycle works, what drives excess hair growth, skin care, and how to prepare. A complimentary session removing a few hairs is included. Facial options are blackhead extraction, a mini facial (roughly 25 minutes), a full facial (roughly 50 minutes), and a back facial, also called a bacial (roughly 55 minutes). Before and after treatment, the skin is wiped down with an alcohol-based solution and an antibacterial aloe vera lotion. Afterward, a regenerating cream or gel goes on, followed by cataphoresis. Clients are advised to apply ice to treated areas for at least an hour.

Appointments run on a strict schedule, and late arrivals pay for the time lost. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments are charged in full. Results usually take several sessions, and no final outcome is guaranteed. Treatment color can be affected on tattooed skin in the treated area. The business follows the American Electrology Association's infection control and sterilization procedures and is a member of the American Electrolysis Association and the Texas Association of Professional Electrologists.

Treatments are carried out under the infection control and sterilization standards set by the American Electrology Association, and each follicle is worked with its own single-use probe.
