Alongside the hair services is a day spa side. Head spa treatments follow a Japanese-inspired approach that combines cleansing, scalp massage and aromatherapy, and some are held in a private head spa suite. Facials are offered in eight named versions, including one designed for men that includes a high frequency treatment. The facials use Eminence Organics skin care. Manicures and pedicures range from a basic manicure to tiered spa pedicures, and a range of massage and treatment add-ons can be combined with them.

A visit is designed to feel unhurried. Clients can enjoy a complimentary latte, music and free Wi-Fi, and restrooms and refreshments are available. Blow-dry stations are free for clients who want to finish their own hair after a treatment. Hair consultations are complimentary, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment.

Hair extensions are a separate specialty. The salon applies Klix extensions made from 100% Remy human hair without heat, glue, tape or chemicals. Free consultations are offered before booking, and retouches and removal are handled in the salon.

Stylists listen to what each client wants and give one-on-one attention from start to finish. The stated mission is to offer high-quality service using quality products at a fair price.
