Clients can book individual appointments, group appointments for friends and family, or gift cards through the online booking page, and a complimentary consulting call can be requested through the contact form. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be provided, and a cancellation fee applies. Online orders ship free within the contiguous U.S.
