New clients begin with the 5STAR Experience, a custom set built after a personalized consultation. During that visit a lash map is designed around eye shape, natural lashes, facial features and the look the client wants. The 180-minute appointment is $175, with a $50 deposit required to book.

The lash map from the first visit is saved, so later appointments can build on it. Returning clients who have completed the 5STAR Experience can book the 5STAR Refresh, a full set priced at $155 that takes 180 minutes, with a $25 deposit.

Between full sets, fills are available for clients who still have more than half of their lashes. A 1 week fill is $75 and takes 90 minutes. A 2 week fill is $95 and takes 120 minutes, and a 3 week fill is $115 and takes 150 minutes. The 2 and 3 week fills are booked two and three weeks after the last appointment. Lash removal is $25 and takes 30 minutes, bottom lashes are $10 and take 15 minutes, and color lashes are $10 and take 10 minutes, with the client's goals discussed before application.

The studio is open Friday from 6 to 9 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Appointments at 6:30 PM include a $35 Evening Availability Fee. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Lash designs are individualized, built from each client's eye shape and features rather than a single standard set.
