Much of the work centres on blonde and brunette colour. The Signature Blonde Transformation is a custom blonde built in transparent layers, with clarity and strand health given priority, and bond-care products are used throughout processing. A full session is a dedicated appointment, plan for a half-day, and many clients return every 10 to 16 weeks for maintenance. The Expensive Brunette Dimension is a multi-tonal colour with a high-shine finish, and many clients return every 8 to 14 weeks. Balayage is hand-painted strand by strand for a natural, sun-lightened effect.

Bridal and event work books months ahead, particularly in peak season. Options include a bridal trial, which is strongly recommended before the wedding day, on-location styling across the Triangle at a venue, hotel or home, a pre-wedding colour refresh that can be paired with styling on the day, and bridesmaid styling arranged at booking. The Atelier Updo is offered in studio or on location. Editorial work covers magazine shoots, look-books and brand projects, galas and black-tie events, and private portraiture sessions.

Each guest starts with a consultation, and the colour or cut is designed from that conversation around their hair and how they live.
