Every visit starts with a consultation before any skin service, so the esthetician can assess skin type and recommend treatments. Services are tailored to each client's skin needs and goals, and treatments blend advanced tools and technology with relaxation massage techniques and skincare. Treatments take place in a spa suite. Patch tests may be suggested before certain treatments or products, and clients are asked to share known allergies, skin conditions and sensitivities beforehand.

The menu covers body smoothing and waxing, including a bikini package that includes ingrown hair removal, a chemical-free sea sponge peel and two other chemical peels, and facial waxing for brows, lips, chin, half face and full face. Facials range from a short pore extraction to longer treatments such as a Glo2Facial, a dermaplaning session, a men's treatment and a collagen-focused renewal system. A vajacial treatment for bikini-area concerns is also offered. Travel treatments can be arranged at homes, hotels or private events, and the business also offers event, travel and corporate options.

Booking is available online or by phone. A 50% deposit is due at booking and a card must be kept on file. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, one reschedule is allowed if requested 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations and no-shows carry a fee. Accepted payments include cash, debit and credit cards, Cash App, Apple Pay and Afterpay.
