The studio's services fall into four groups: brows, lashes, waxing and packages. Brow work includes mapping and waxing, with options for tinting and lamination. Lash services are a lash lift, with or without tint. Waxing covers most of the face and body, from small areas such as the nose and upper lip to full legs and full back.
The studio says its aim is client comfort and calm, and it considers how a client feels during the appointment as well as the final result. Its Brazilian wax is described as full hair removal from the bikini area using warm wax.
Two package options bundle services at a reduced price. The Brazilian and underarm package and the brows and Brazilian package each save $8 compared with booking the services separately. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when clients book their services as usual, and packages can be bought online.
Online bookings require a deposit of $5 to $20, depending on the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and requires approval before the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled without notice, a cancellation fee of 30% applies, so clients are asked to contact the studio as soon as possible to reschedule.
The studio focuses on how clients feel during the visit as well as the result, with comfort and calm as stated goals.
