On the hair side, haircuts include a cut with wash and blow-dry in long, medium or short lengths, a dry cut, and bangs. Color services cover all-over color, retouches, color correction, gray blending and fantasy shades. Highlights can be done in full, partial or half formats, or as ombre or balayage. Keratin treatments come in two versions, Recharge and Full. Special services include Glow and Go!, a shine treatment, tinsel strands and the Platinum card option, and natural makeup is available.

The spa menu opens with a set of facials: a basic one, a back treatment, an acne-focused option, and versions built on AHA/BHA acids, BB facial, and BB Glow. Further entries include hydrotherapy, oxygen therapy, HIFU, microcurrent and ultrasound sessions, followed by an eyelash perm. Dermotechnology is a tailored facial designed around each client's skin and the concerns they bring. According to the salon, the products used in it are European and the technology is Nobel Prize-winning; these are the salon's own claims. Waxing is offered for the face, brows, WOW brows, arms, underarms, tummy, standard bikini, legs and toes.

Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early, and a complimentary beverage is offered at check-in. Late arrivals do not get extra time and may be asked to reschedule. Appointments can be changed or cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours notice; same-day bookings need at least 3 hours notice. Later cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost and no-shows 100%, to the card on file. Color or cutting can be redone at no charge within seven days if the style or color is not changed. Hair and spa services can be booked online separately. Unsupervised children are not permitted, as there is no children's area or childcare.
