Samantha Joy Hair operates from Suite 301 at 2790 Harbor Blvd in Costa Mesa. Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page, and clients who cannot attend are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible so they can reschedule.

Prices start at $50 for a blowout with a hair wash and signature curl and reach $225 and up for a full highlight. A women's haircut ($65, about 75 minutes) begins with an in-depth consultation, then a wash, cut, blowout and optional hot-tool styling.

Permanent root color is offered for full gray coverage, along with root enhancing or shifting. Demi-permanent toners enhance color, add shine and cancel unwanted tones, and all-over color is applied from root to ends without foils. Beaded weft extension installation is offered, with a Mini Lift every six weeks for clients who wear them, and Hair Botox is available to smooth frizz, add shine and restore damaged hair cortex.

Hours are Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The salon is closed Thursday through Saturday.
