Business policies: cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, or 50% of the appointment is due. A missed appointment without notice is charged 100% of the appointment. After multiple cancellations or no-shows, a 50% non-refundable credit card deposit is required for future bookings. Services are not refundable, but issues should be raised within one week of the original appointment, and the salon will try to fix them. Retail products are final sale. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am to 3:00pm, and Friday and Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm.
