Color is the largest part of the menu, from base color for gray coverage and all-over single-process color to highlights, balayage, bleach and toner, and a Signature Blonde service that lightens hair further over each visit. Color correction is offered by the hour for adjusting tone or the overall look. Blowouts run from a simple shampoo and blow dry to a monthly package of one blow dry each week for a month.

Extensions are a major focus. Services include row installs, move ups as natural hair grows, and removal and reinstall appointments, often paired with a base color or toner. Extension and color consultations are free and take about 30 minutes, which helps clients plan before booking. The salon recommends removal and reinstall every eight to twelve weeks.

Scalp treatments are a separate track. The Japanese scalp options add scalp analysis, a steam-based deep scalp treatment, massage and a steam-heated eye mask, with the top option adding an infrared blow dry. A shorter introduction to scalp massage is offered at the shampoo bowl as an add-on.

Booking works on a retainer. A $60 retainer is due at booking and is applied to the total. It also acts as a cancellation fee if plans change, so cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling at the time of the original booking avoids a new retainer. In person, clients can use Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The salon builds its menu around custom color work, extensions and head spa care, with free consultations ahead of the longer extension and color services.
