New clients fill out a form, upload clear photos of their hair and review the policies before booking. Hair must arrive fully detangled and brushed out, or a $45 detangling fee applies. A shampoo is included with most appointments, though braiding that adds hair does not include a wash, and one can be added at booking. Pricing depends on hair length, thickness, density and service time.
