The menu covers curl definition, keratin treatments, silk press styling, hair color, and tape-in extensions. Hair color requires a consultation before it can be booked, and consultations can be held in person or virtually.
Arrival and timing have set rules. Clients who arrive early wait in the lounge, the first left after entering the building, until their appointment time. Guests who are not being serviced may wait in their vehicle. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, who must notify the salon by email, and appointments that run past that window must be canceled.
Rescheduling is limited to one change, made at least 48 hours ahead through the link in the confirmation email. A second change cancels the booking and forfeits the deposit, and bookings cannot be changed online within 48 hours of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance can be paid by credit or debit card, Zelle, or cash.
Children under six are not accommodated. Children who are receiving services wait in the lounge during their appointment. Questions can be sent to samheidihairstudio@gmail.com.
