Newer clients often begin with a 20-minute virtual consultation on a Monday or Tuesday, which is recommended before any chemical service or starter locs. For color changes, a 45-minute color consultation includes a strand test: a small section cut from the back of the head is processed to check the result before a chemical appointment, and the results are shared within one to two days.
The longer visits are structured as experiences. A Haircare Experience runs about three hours and combines a gentle detangle, scalp care and massage, treatment, blowout, haircut and a flat twist or silkout, starting at $350. Haircut, silkout and blowout experiences are priced separately for new and returning clients, and returning clients can also book flat twist sets and extension removal.
Loc work covers starter traditional locs using coils or double twists, sewin packages, microlink installs and maintenance, monthly retwists, and a loc detox add-on that uses an apple cider vinegar and baking soda mixture. Sister loc cleanse and care and dead-ends trims are available as add-ons. Color switch-ups can be paired with a retwist, curl definition or silkout, and a keratin treatment is offered.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit between $30 and $100, which is taken off the service total at checkout. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules are requested by email at least 24 to 48 hours ahead; a 50% fee applies to changes made within 24 hours, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service fee. The person receiving the service should match the name on the booking. Hours are Wednesday 10 to 4, Thursday and Friday 11 to 4, and Saturday 10 to 6. Gift cards are offered, and the portfolio shows color switch-ups, retwists, cuts, silkouts and loc maintenance.
Consultations and strand tests come before chemical services, so the plan is checked before color or relaxer work begins.
