The hair care clinic side begins with a consultation that looks at hair type, concerns and goals before a customized plan is made. Named treatments include deep conditioning, keratin therapy, restorative scalp treatments, scalp detox, oxygen scalp therapy and laser hair therapy. Hair restoration therapy is offered for shedding, thinning and other stages of hair loss, along with a full assessment of the area of concern. Non-surgical hair replacement, also called cranial prosthesis, is available for people with hair loss who prefer not to have surgery. The salon works alongside health care professionals and hairstylists. Microscopic analysis pairs a scalp assessment by a certified stylist with a hair analysis sent to an outside lab.

Extension services start with a complimentary consultation of about 20 minutes that covers hair goals and pricing. Extensions use 100% human hair, and application methods are designed to limit tension and breakage on natural hair. Options include sew-ins, custom clip-ins, crochet, micro-link and micro-stitch. Micro-link extensions use a base of tiny rings and can last two to three months, while micro-stitch can last three to four months with proper care. Extensions can be removed and reinstalled with the same hair for up to two years through the deinstall service, and maintenance is recommended every two to four weeks. Clients arrive with clean, dry hair free of heavy oils or styling products. Extension services require a 50% deposit and an upfront hair purchase that the salon prepares before the appointment.

Lash services use medical-grade adhesives and soft fibers, according to the salon, with looks ranging from light and natural to full volume. Facials are performed by a licensed esthetician or skincare professional, and a chemical peel must be added to a facial rather than booked alone. Nail care includes manicures with cuticle work, smooth shaping and custom nail art. The salon says every nail tool is sterilized in an autoclave through a multi-step process, supported by medical-grade cleaning and hospital-level disinfectants. Waxing covers face, lip, brow, chin, sideburn and underarm areas. The salon also sells a botanical-based skincare line.

Most services require a deposit at booking, typically $50 for hair services and facials, with lower deposits for some lashes, waxing and consultations. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. Revisions made after booking may change the checkout price and service duration. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility, interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99% according to the payment plans page, approvals of up to $30,000, and no hard credit checks.
