Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file, and it is charged only for a no-call, no-show or a last-minute cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the scheduled service, and cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows are charged in full. Reschedules should be requested at least a day ahead, and same-day changes count as cancellations. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and a $10 late fee may apply if the client can still be seen. Text and email reminders go out 48 and 24 hours before appointments. New clients sign a one-time digital liability waiver for each service booked. Debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay and cash are accepted.
